Did you know that as a State Plan member or covered dependent you have access to no cost wellness events and presentations? Classes are offered by a variety of different presenters. Classes labeled "By Premise Health Coaching" are open to plan all members except Medicare retirees. Click here for more information on who is eligible to attend classes offered by Premise Health Coaching.
Good news! All virtual events are available to all eligible members, not just those in Health Center areas.

| June Hiking Group — Helena area | Thursdays, June 4, 11, 18, and 25, 12:05–12:55 p.m. | Trailheads: June 4, Mount Helena; June 11, Beatty Street; June 18, Dump Gulch; June 25, Bompart Hill. | Join the June Hiking Group! We will explore local trails, look for flowers and wildlife, and get to know each other. These are intermediate hikes that fit into the lunch hour. You do not have to attend every hike; register and join us for the ones that fit your schedule. |

| Mental Health First Aid | Monday, June 22, 2026, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | The webinar link will be sent to registered attendees. |
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how support a co-worker or loved one who may be facing a mental health or substance use challenge. The training will give you the skills needed to offer the first level of support. You will learn how to recognize signs, respond with confidence, and connect people to help. The cost is $25.95 per participant and includes a virtual manual. The fee can be paid by the agency or the participant. When you register, you will need to include billing information so the Health Care & Benefits Division can send an invoice. Credit card payments cannot be accepted. |

| Yoga | Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. | Teams Meeting | This virtual yoga class is good for all levels of experience. Flow through a warm up, sun salutations, balance, hip openers, twists, core work, and relaxation. Come when you can - no requirement for attendance every Friday. |

Walk during your breaks, around your neighborhood, or wherever feels good. Each week you will get a motivating email to keep your momentum going, plus easy tips to help you stay active. Phishing Scams are Real
Note: Phishing Email Reminder from the Employee Assistance Program
Scammers are using more convincing phishing emails and phone calls. The EAP does not provide financial assistance. If you receive an email offering financial help please CLICK NOTHING and immediately report them to DOA Communications Director Janna Williams (janna.williams@mt.gov).
Registration for all classes must be received 24 hours prior to class.
We cannot guarantee that registrations received less than 24 hours prior will be honored - If you cannot make class, please extend the courtesy of canceling.
Register for a Premise Health Group Presentation
- Once you have registered for a MyPremiseHealth account, login to your account.
- Click “Schedule an Appointment” at the top of the page.
- Select “Health Seminar.”
- Select the Seminar title you wish to attend, and click the orange time button underneath.
- If the class is full, no date/time will show. Contact a Montana Health Center to see if more slots can be opened for that particular class.
- In the "What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit," enter the main thing you want to get out of attending.
- Verify your appointment details and click “Schedule."
- A link for joining the seminar will be provided prior to the date of the event. Links will be sent through MyChart on the Premise patient portal.
